Christmas bark possibilities are endless! Here I used 2 cups of dark callebaut chocolate melted with 1 tbsp shortening, 2 cups of callebaut white chocolate melted with 1 tbsp of shortening. And 1 cup of milk callebaut chocolate melted but I forgot to add shortening to it. shortening gives the chocolate a bit of shine and makes it smoother. It’s not mandatory. You can literally use any chocolate at all or candy melts if you want colors. I tried dyeing white chocolate before with color mill food coloring that’s proper for chocolate but I feel like it’s hard to get a vibrant color with it even if you add a lot.
