Dulce de Leche Cookies with Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk. The cookie dough itself is made with sweetened condensed milk and it’s the most delicious sugar cookie I’ve ever tried! The cookie is chewy and soft, with a lightly crunchy outside, because we roll them in sugar and cinnamon before baking. It makes the perfect base for our Cream Cheese Frosting and Dulce de Leche Swirl. For the frosting we aren’t using any powdered sugar, we are using sweetened condensed milk, which makes for a creamy and not overly sweet frosting that just melts in your mouth! These Dulce de Leche cookies are perfect for holiday baking season! You can bring them to your Friendsgiving celebrations, or cookie exchanges, these cookies will wow anyone who tries them!
