〽️ Alumn Rob Pelinka: Congratulations to Los Angeles Lakers GM, Vice President of Basketball Operations, and Michigan alumn Rob Pelinka for winning an NBA Title. Pelinka played on the Michigan basketball team and won an NCAA championship in 1989. Pelinka graduated from the Ross School of Business and won the 1993 Walter Byers Scholar Award, honoring the NCAA’s top male scholar athlete. After graduating Ross, Pelinka attended Michigan Law School and earned his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1996. Pelinka went on to become a successful attorney and eventually became one of the most prominent sports agents in the world, even representing the late great Kobe Bryant. Pelinka played an integral role building this Lakers team up and acquiring sufficient pieces to win a title. We are all so happy for a fellow Michigan Man showing excellence in all facets of life!
