Yesterday the team levinechildrens surprised karaolsen29 and I with a plaque recognizing the work of our HEARTest Yard Fund. The plaque hangs in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care unit where TJ has spent countless nights. We are so thankful for this incredible facility but even more appreciative of these people.
