Accessory work programming is often neglected in the aspects of creative organization to help elicit the desired execution. We regularly see prescriptions such as “3x10 @ 8 RPE” that offers little guidance to the athlete on the desired execution, and as coaches and lifters we can create notable improvements to this by just making some small adjustments to how we program.
