"A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there." I promise my usual running content will resume soon but I wanted to share the video from my cave dive. After getting scuba certified I was invited to go cave diving and wow, what an experience. Scuba diving definitely took me out of my comfort zone. I actually had this fear of deep water. I'm fine in the pool but going underwater in the ocean really scared me, but what an experience and I do wish I had tried this a lot sooner. For those curious about the process to get scuba certified, it is fairly simple. 1. Do an e-learning course online, this takes you about 10 hours. 2. Lessons in a swimming pool so you can practice everything you learned in the e-learning course. After you pass this then you are ready for your first dive in the ocean.
