How I did I go from struggling to finish a 5k to finishing a 104 Marathons in a 104 days? I did the following:
1. Added weekly speed workout sessions
2. Strength training 2x a week
3. Added hills.
4. And the most important thing I did was show-up everyday, even on the days I didn't feel like.
You need to work for what you want and believe in yourself.
