Week 4 of Umstead 100 miler training has started.
This weeks training is 2 x interval workouts, 1hr recovery run, 3hr endurance run and a 4hr endurance run.
I'm also focusing on my nutrition and hydration, because if I'm honest, I really suck at hydration. I've started testing the nowfoodsofficial Effer-Hydrate and absolutely love it.
