30 mile run on my Treadmill💪. My dog stays by my side for the entire run🤦‍♀️🤣. I keep the garage door open so she can watch the neighborhood Squirrels go past😜. Kids on vacation and heat in AZ makes the Treadmill good option right now. Getting my miles done no matter what. Missing the trails but will be back on them soon.
