Day 39 - Marathon number 39 done.💪 Wow, I've made it to number 39. Our bodies are amazing and I'm so grateful. My biggest struggle is getting enough calories in. I had zero energy this morning before I started my run and I suspect its because I'm not fueling correctly. I'm still learning what my body needs and it seems to change the more days I do this. When I first started I was on around 150 calories an hour during my run and I was totally fine, but not anymore. I had to increase my calories today to 200 calories an hour. It made a huge difference. I promise to have everything documented at the end of the challenge for everyone to read. #strongereverday
