Marathon number four done.💪. 105 miles for the week so far. 96 marathons to go.
I'm approaching this as if I'm running a 100 miler, so I'm going slow and steady. I'm being smart about. Keeping my body injury free is going to be important if I want to finish it.
I'm a little tight first thing but once I start moving then I feel good. Our bodies are amazing.
I'm also eating everything I see🤣
