First time this has happened to me and I've been an amputee runner for three and half years. I showed up for the Run at the Rock trail race today and realized when I got my blade out of the car that I had forgotten my liner. The liner is the sleeve I put onto my stump that holds my leg in my blade. No running if I don't have this🤦‍♀️. The race is an hour drive from my house so I didn't have enough time to go home to pick it up. At least I got to cheer on the other runners including my husband edwinb1024 who ran the 14 miler and placed 6th overall out of 81 runners. . I guess it could have been worst and I could have forgotten my trail shoe too😂😂 #amputeelife #mynormal
