When I'm old and dying, I plan to look back on my life and say, "Wow, that was an adventure" not, "Wow, I sure felt safe"
.
Did you know that before my amputation I ran zero miles on my two legs. I started running 3 and a half years ago and since then I've run around 5000miles/8047km on a prosthetic leg. How crazy is that! I'm definitely not done yet as I've got so many crazy adventures ahead. One of which will be my first 100 miler. I wonder what the record is for the most ultramarathons on a prosthetic leg, maybe that can be my next challenge😉
.
A huge thank you to all of you for the continued support on this crazy journey. Happy Friday😊
