"Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will." . . . I normally don't post about my pace but it felt so good hitting a sub 8/mi mile again. Nice thing about a new watch is getting new PRs. This isn't my fastest Mile but this was a nice little reminder that I can still hit a sub 8/mi. I haven't been able to hit that kind of pace for a while and it really was nice to get the reminder that I can still run fast😉. I'm training for a few short races this month so working on my speed.
