Run grateful. Every mile is a gift! . I didn't realize how much I took the ability to run for granted until it was taken away from me. I was suppose to run the #tobaccoroadmarathon half on Sunday but Saturday I woke up not able to walk on my leg. I couldn't put my blade on because it was to painful. The injury totally took me by surprise as I had been doing everything right and feeling fine. I had no choice but pull out of the half. It really has been hard not being out there running😭. Enjoy every step you take because you never know what tomorrow will bring. Hopefully I will be back soon especially with the #bostonmarathon only 4 weeks away.
