"Kids are great imitators, give them something great to imitate." . . The other day my kids were asked what do they love doing the most and without thinking about it they both said running💕. I feel so lucky to be able to share my passion with them. I've never forced them to run with me. I've always encouraged it. We do have days when they don't want to run and I'm ok with that as I don't always feel like running either, so I never push because I want them to keep enjoying it for as long as they can😊. Maybe daughter and mom will cross the finish line together at the Comrades Ultra Marathon one day😉 . .
