Read books, listen to podcasts, watch YouTube videos, invest in courses etc… Make as much of this time focused consumption. Meaning you’re only focusing on that one thing i.e reading a book. Top Tip: Use your “dead time” for unfocused consumption. For example; listen to a podcast while making dinner. 2 - Contemplate The biggest mistake people make is they consume like a zombie and just copy and paste what they’ve read. Don’t do this ❌ Understand the who, what, where, when, why and the how, behind what you have consumed. But most importantly ask yourself, how does that apply to me? Top Tip: If you don’t understand how something is done, learn the why first.
