Last month, Stepinac High School proudly fielded a Gaelic Football team for the first time since 2018, marking only the second time in school history. The team faced Fairfield Prep in a friendly matchup, culminating in a victory for Stepinac. Captains James Lyons '25 and Luke Harvey '26 proudly accepted the Rooney Cup on behalf of the team following their triumph. Coaching the team to victory were faculty members Margaret Brady and Michael McSweeney '12.
