💥 UBU Expo Recap w/ orologiolove 💥 “It was both soul crushing and extraordinary 🙌🏼 A little behind the scenes and lifting for ya 😉 Although I bombed my squats, I decided to finish the meet even though my numbers wouldn’t count. I could blame any number of factors that came into play but ultimately I had to take the L. I had my cry baby moment for about 5 minutes and then I made a decision (with the help of some incredible people) to finish and just have fun with my lifts and cheer on everyone else still in the game. I’m comfortable losing and you should be too. You’ll lose more than you win in this life but I’m not used to failing and that’s why I’ll be focused on the solution not the problem. I crushed my bench and my dead’s and honestly that’s what I focused on this prep and thankfully I stayed and finished strong! I got to experience some of the coolest moments yesterday because I decided to stay in the present rather than focus on what and who to blame for my failure. Bo...
