Our Alumni Feature series is back with Jeff Trainor. Jeff is an HGR Alum and former coach in our program. He played high school lacrosse at Billerica Memorial High School. After Billerica, he put together one of the most impressive careers in UMASS Lacrosse history. During his four years at the 'Zoo, Jeff received numerous All-America and CAA league awards as well as being named a team captain in 2021. After college, Jeff was drafted by the San Diego Seals in the 2021 National Lacrosse League Draft and the Archers LC in the 2021 Premier Lacrosse League Collegiate Draft. He is currently in his fourth professional season as a defensive midfielder for the Boston Cannons. We are super proud of Jeff for his work on the field and growing the game off of it.
