Introducing, DJ Liana! 🎧🎶 This summer, the BACPit brings a new instrument to the field in our 2024 production, "Glitch." Throughout our second movement, front ensemble member Liana Gao utilizes a Roland DJ-202 turntable to scratch, glitch, and manipulate electronic samples. Commonly used in electronic music, the Roland DJ-202 features plates similar to a record turntable which Liana spins and scratches live to transition between each musical selection of the "Wormhole" movement.
