10. YEARS?! Winning Miss NY was the beginning of the wildest journey I could’ve ever imagined. New York adopted me as its own and gave me the honor of representing it all across the state. I always say it’s the place that made me because there is NOTHING like being Miss NY. It requires grit, determination, creativity, and confidence. In a place that already has so much going on, you have to find ways to stand out and be relevant- the ultimate life preparation. And I’m so grateful for all of the life lessons learned and the incredible people I met along the way. Ya know what they say, if you can make it there!
