JOURNEY
I went within 8 months from 202 lbs to 160 lbs!
How?
1. I needed time to heal
2. After healing I needed time to build up my core and pelvic floor again
3. After building up I needed to slowly introduce weight lifting again
4. After the slow intro I went hard again
5. While still going hard I listen to my body and implement yoga as a balance to lifting
6. I’m hitting PR’s again and feel stronger than ever! 🗣
