GET OUTSIDE ⛰☀️ When I feel sad, angry, overwhelmed or uncomfortable I always go on a walk. But also when I’m happy or in a good place or even if the sun is just shining, then I will make sure that I will get outside. You should try that too, I can promise you you will feel better afterwards.
