This week's #WorkoftheWeek is "Icarus," a beautiful oil and wax painting created by Mary Armstrong in 2017. This piece was featured in the McMullen atrium in the Fall of 2019 as part of our "Conditions on Faith" exhibition. The exhibition presented seascapes and landscapes painted by Mary Armstrong, a former faculty member of Boston College’s Department of Art, Art History, and Film from 1989 to 2019. #McMullenMuseumofArt
