This week’s Sammy’s Course Pick is CMMU 10: Introduction to Community Activism. ✊👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 This class surveys different strategies of community activism. Different methods of this include charity, volunteering, labor and community organizing. CMMU 10 also covers recent emerging global activism to demonstrate how specific strategies challenge existing social relations and arrangements while others typically (and often by design) reproduce them.
