For 10 years I’ve watched faithkipyegon’s impact on the women’s 1500m globally. On Sunday, I got to have the best seat in the stadium to watch her break her own World Record. Faith has completely elevated our event and challenged us all to level up alongside her dominance! I’m calling it “The Faith Kipyegon Effect”, something I’m sure all of the women I compete with will recognize and understand first hand! I’m still trying to find the words for my race on Sunday. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to see what I was capable of when my fitness and preparations aligned with a perfect racing opportunity. I’ve never been afraid to put myself up there in races and die trying. I am so proud of the trust and confidence I’ve built from my training over the years.
