How Do You Motivate On Those Down Days?
For me, I never let excuses get in the way. If my foot hurts, I focus on upper body workouts. If I’m feeling extra tired, I take it slow and easy. With that said, I always take one day off every week. It’s important to fully rest your body and repair your muscles. ❤️🩹
