Prime Porterhouse w/ herb tallow/butter 🤤 The flavor and texture of this steak was absolutely unreal! . My friend thyme.and.timber over fairwaypackingco cut a couple fresh porterhouse steaks for me. I kept it simple and used their steak salt to season it. I smoked it until 113 internal and seared it to 122 before letting it rest. After slicing, I drizzled it with a herb and garlic tallow/butter mixture. The flavor damn near left me speechless.
