These little circles are representative of the shell bead currency, Olivella, produced and exchanged among the native Chumash people of central and southern California. ⁠ ⁠ When we named our fine dining restaurant, we wanted to incorporate and honor local traditions and those who came before us. This image is now featured in many areas of our restaurant, #Olivella.
