#Repost maltethedentist ・・・ This is about as deep as decay can go without pulpitis xD Really hard to isolate the distal of the 5, but with #gingiburs #bioclearevolve #aquacare and #isodammedium there is always a way. The 5 was a little flat, so picked the #torvmdc 0.035 hard medium... Now lets see how the papilla grows back and if the pulp will live... My guess is that the pulp is fried, but we´ll see...
