Monday Motivation for all my athletes/active peeps looking to build muscle & shed fat quicker! . This full body training day definitely had an emphasis on core! After coming back from injury building a strong core was most important! PLUSSSS you can’t have abs without working your core! 😜 . . 1. DB Lateral lunge to slide pull: make sure to keep pull leg straight to work inner thigh adductors. . 2. Cable crunches: don’t let yourself dip keep obliques right to stay up while pulling weight in to crunch. . 3. lunging cable twist: really use core to drive across body with hands. . 4. jump Squats: the resistance bands will really work your abductors & glutes along with quads. . Circuit 2!!! . 1. Landmine change up snatch: be EXPLOSIVE! . 2. Single arm push up rollout: if it’s too hard to roll completely straight keep a slight bend as you push up to still feel in core. . 3. DB lateral resisted squat: make sure you are bringing the DB up to the other hand to keep working your arms as well as ...
