SLAPPER BUILDUPS!

Just like hitters have some tee drills to buildup before hitting slappers must too! Slappers have a tendency of moving too fast through the ball and that’s when havoc happens and we begin to pull off.
.
Do this build up before hitting front toss or even before just slapping off the tee it will help you feel what your body is doing and help make changes to slap exactly where you want!

1. Start in the crossover and just work on your hands and placement of the ball.
.
2. Then move to moving crossover. Where you are working on the same thing but adding movement which makes it harder to direct the ball, but will make you better.
.
3. Go ahead and go to your full slap always trying to place the ball in the same spot as you did in the first two steps!
