On April 11th, we are inviting applications for action grants up to $500 for reading projects during Summer 2022 that give away high interest new books and encourage reading with PK- 8th grade students in Oakland.There will be an opportunity for grantees to pick free books up from the OLC office starting on May 23✨✨✨ . . Oakland-based community, nonprofit, and faith based organizations that work with preschool through middle school age children are encouraged to apply.
