We will be joining the “Lil Joy” area during the 5th Annual Black Joy Parade from 12:00pm - 4:00pm with a mobile library for families to read together, books to raffle, and more! We’ll be at 20th and Franklin in the California Bank and Trust parking lot. Come and celebrate the joy with family-friendly art, activities, books, performances, and more.
