Boston Manor, 2000 Trees Festival REVIEW: If you managed to get into The Axiom to see Boston Manor, consider yourself incredibly lucky. Outside the heaving tent, the crowd of people vying for a view of Blackpool's finest is about 20 deep and then some. Such sights have been incredibly hard-earned by the band, and they put on the sort of performance that cements why they are fast becoming regular occurrences. New classics 'Sliding Doors' and 'Container' fizzle with crushing heft whilst 'Foxglove' stands taller and taller as one of the best songs they've ever crafted. And then, when they can still pull out 'Halo', a song that continues to represent where raw ambition can propel you, it's clear why they have climbed to the very precipice of UK rock royalty.
