Chris Scholtes has been charged with murder after leaving his two-year-old daughter Parker in a hot car for three hours. The Arizona dad says when he arrived home, Parker was asleep in the back seat. Rather than wake her, he left her in the vehicle in the driveway with the air conditioning on. When Parker’s mom Erika arrived home, the air conditioning had turned off, and Parker was unresponsive.
