Fermin joins the Rams after a very successful rugby career at Greenwich High School. Fermin plans on majoring in history and looks forward to getting to see more of New York City. He lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina until the age of four when his family immigrated to the U.S. and settled in Greenwich, Connecticut.
