Hanukkah, also known as Chanukah and the "Festival of Lights," begins tonight at sundown and ends on the 26th. This 8-day festival is a Jewish holiday that celebrates the triumph of light over darkness and of spirituality over materiality. From lighting a candle on the menorah every night to traditional foods and dreidel games, this festival is rich with history.
