*DOORKNOB ROW* #PHTNATION welcome back for another week of #FitnessFriday This week’s exercise we are doing what we are calling a doorknob row. Developing muscle in your back is very important in keeping an even balance between the muscles on the front side and the back side of your body. Far too often we over train the front side because that’s what we see in the mirror. This exercise can be done nearly anytime, anywhere. All you need is a door. Step 1: Grab onto doorknobs/handles and line up your heels with the edge of the door. Step 2: While holding onto doorknobs, stretch your body out to a point where you’re pretty much sitting down. Step 3: Keeping your back straight by keeping your chest up, pull yourself up towards the edge of the door. Lower yourself down with control for the next rep. Complete 3 sets of anywhere from 8-50 reps. To make it harder you can wear a backpack or pause when you get to the bottom position of the row. #hockeyboys #hockeyfamily #hockeygram #hocke...
