Elbow Tendonitis sucks! It affects a lot of us but there’s a few things you can do to rehab your elbows a bit quicker.
1 : Take some time to stretch your elbows & flexors before & after your lifts
2 : Wear elbow sleeves during your lifts. They can help keep the joint stable and have helped me a lot.
3 : Stop any movement that cause pain or discomfort. Sub these exercises for something safer than doesn’t involve the joint as much.
Lastly… be patient! It takes time to heal nagging injuries like elbow tendinitis.
