Couple that with my love of Lars Ulrich’s drumkits across the history of Metallica and I’ve always stuck to Tama drums and hardware with Zildjian Cymbals for the most part. For the better part of a decade I’ve had the kit that if you’ve seen us play live, you’ve seen me behind this Tama Silverstar six piece kit, with Two bass drums, two rack toms and a floor tom (sometimes a second floor tom from my Swingstar kit) coupled with A set of Zildjian A Custom cymbals, with a K crash and a Custom Brilliant China cymbal from Soultone.
