Meet the dynamic duo at #RauteDelta, Canada! Jim joined Raute Delta (then known as Durand Machine) in April 1992. Twenty-six years later, in 2018, Jim's high-school-aged son, Spencer, was dreaming about his first own car. 🚗 Jim encouraged Spencer to apply to #Raute. Following in his father's footsteps, 15-year-old Spencer joined the company part-time over the summer, eager to earn money for his dream car. He saw an #opportunity to earn and learn, starting his journey alongside his father.
