Hi everyone! Coach Jo here! Here are some fun little workouts you can do at home to keep your skills up & to get a little HIIT into your day!
1️⃣ stick pulls: try to go slow at first to get a feel for the faster surface and pick up the pace as you go along! Go through 5 times before the next exercise!
2️⃣ wall sits w/ pulls: try to go for 30 seconds while doing pulls wider than your feet! Do this 4x with a 10 second break in between (you’ll love/hate this one!) 3️⃣pass burpees: I did this off a bouncy surface (the trash can lol) but you can do it against any hard surface! Try to aim for 15-20 burpees!
Take a 1:30 break and do this entire rep 3 times and enjoy the burn 💪🏼🥵
