If you haven’t been to one of Carlsbad CrossFit’s lifting class, this is what you can expect to see from our head coach, Mason.
Every other Monday at 6:15pm, Mason programs a workout that focuses on a different Olympic lifting skill set. The priority in this class is about moving well, not moving a lot of weight. With that said, you will still get a great workout while learning better technique and becoming more efficient.
