We are proud to have hosted the WBC innovation committee at our 52,000 square foot prefabrication facility! This group learned about Lean Principles that enhance efficiency and productivity in the workplace, while participating in hands-on simulation activities. They later toured the shop and got to witness how our team at Shapiro & Duncan utilizes Lean Construction and technology to increase productivity, profits, and drive innovation in the industry.
