Recently, Jose Posada, Luis Castillo, Markus Lukas, and Noah Monnig volunteered at Camp @nawicdc. This organization is dedicated to empowering young women grades 7-12 with an immersive experience in the construction industry. These girls got hands-on experiences with the work we do here at S&D while learning the importance of safety throughout all aspects of the construction industry. They learned how to connect electrical wires to light up a bulb and cut PVC pipe to create their own piggy bank.
