#WooWho: “You know when you go around in class, and the teacher will ask, ‘What do you want to be when you grow up?’ I always said President. Every single time. And I remember one time after doing that, we were sitting in a big circle, and this kid came up to me and said, ‘You know, most kids who say they are going to be President don’t end up doing that.’ And I thought, ‘Okay, I’m six. Check me in 30 years.’ It’s just this thing; I’ve always known I wanted to go into public service. I’ve always known that I wanted to work in government and try to improve life for people. When people ask me about my major, I like to tell them that I debated about being in Woody Woo, but I never really did. I love policy. I think my parents instilled in me this idea of ‘You were put here to make other people’s lives better.’ And so, I think the best way for me to use my talents is through public service.
