missarahglover, the cookbook author and expert on open fire feasts, joined us at the beautiful deermountaininn in the Catskills in Upstate New York last month for our very first Women Who Grill event in partnership with kerrygoldusa, lecreuset, and pernodricardusa. 🔥⁠ ⁠ Before the hands-on demo, guests enjoyed snacks and sips, including cocktails from Sarah’s recipes, such as her Campfire Cherry Bombe featuring jeffersonsbourbon, orange juice, cherries, and club soda. The cheese board showcased some of our kerrygoldusa faves, like Dubliner and Reserve Cheddar, and there were passed bites from the Deer Mountain Inn team. ⁠ ⁠ For the demo, everyone assembled around the grills as Sarah shared her tips for grilling trout with asparagus & lemon butter. Each station included the mise en place as well as skillets, grill baskets, and grilling tools from lecreuset’s Alpine Outdoor Collection.
