JF Caron (JFCaronStrongman) took third place at the Arnold Classic Europe (ArnoldClassicEurope) Pro Strongman last weekend. JF, who is 9x Canada's Strongest Man, won the Deadlift event at the Arnolds with 7 reps of the 365kg bar. JF also won the Arnold Pro Strongman Forts Warwick in July, which qualifies him for the 2020 Arnold Pro Strongman World Championships. #SBDStrongman
